Too many women are stepping away from jobs and careers they love (and are really good at) because they don't feel supported through midlife and menopause.
Menopause support for workplaces
Menopause is a natural stage of life, yet many women continue to struggle in silence at work – feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood or unsure how to ask for the support they need.
And the impact isn't just felt by women. Organisations risk losing experienced, talented people at a time when their skills, knowledge and leadership are invaluable.
Small, thoughtful changes can make a significant difference.
As a CPD Accredited Executive Menopause Coach, based in Cardiff, I bring specialist menopause knowledge together with a warm, practical and coaching-led approach to workplace support for organisations in South Wales and online.
I work with organisations to build understanding, encourage more confident conversations and create workplaces where women feel able to talk about menopause and ask for support when they need it.
I offer menopause education, workshops and manager training, alongside confidential one-to-one menopause coaching and guidance for employees who would benefit from more personalised support.
Because supporting women through midlife and menopause isn't simply about policies and adjustments. It's about creating a workplace where people feel understood, respected and able to have honest conversations without fear of embarrassment or judgement.
Whether you're looking to raise awareness, increase manager confidence, provide individual support or develop a more menopause-friendly workplace, I'd be delighted to help.
How I can help
Every organisation is different, so the support I offer can be tailored to your people, your workplace and what you're hoping to achieve.
Support can include:
One-to-One Executive Menopause Coaching
Confidential, individual coaching for women who may be finding that menopause is affecting how they feel at work – whether that's their confidence, resilience, relationships, decision-making or simply not feeling quite like themselves.
Coaching gives women the time and space to talk things through, understand what's going on and find practical, manageable ways forward. My approach is informed by principles from CBT and mindfulness, alongside my specialist menopause knowledge, and can complement support already available through an organisation's EAP, occupational health or wellbeing services.
Menopause Awareness Sessions
Practical, evidence-based sessions that help employees better understand menopause, challenge some of the myths and stigma surrounding it, and feel more comfortable and confident talking about it.
Manager Training
Helping managers develop the knowledge and confidence to have supportive conversations, understand how menopause can affect someone at work and consider appropriate workplace support and adjustments.
Interactive Workshops
Engaging, discussion-based sessions that create space for open conversation while sharing practical information and strategies to support wellbeing through menopause at work.
One-to-One Menopause Guidance
Confidential, personalised support for employees who want to better understand what they may be experiencing, explore the options available to them and feel more informed about the next steps that might be right for them.
Resources & Practical Guidance
Clear, useful resources that employees and managers can take away, helping to continue conversations and reinforce learning beyond a session or workshop.
Tailored Workplace Support
Whether you're looking for a one-off awareness session, individual coaching, manager training or a wider menopause support programme, I'll work with you to create something that reflects the needs of your organisation and the people within it.
Who I work with
I work with organisations of all sizes and with the people responsible for supporting employee wellbeing, including:
HR and People teams
Managers and leaders
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers

I’m also happy to work as a specialist menopause coaching partner alongside existing employee wellbeing, EAP or occupational health provision.
